Happy Valley- Goose Bay, the amalgamated town in Upper Lake Melville has a population of approximately 8000. Commonly called the hub of Labrador, because of its accessibility and central location, it continues to grow because of projects such as Muskrat Falls. There are plenty of things to do in this little town; with many recreational/sport activities, entertainment venues and much more, it’s easy to find something to keep the whole family busy. Happy Valley - Goose Bay is very diverse with its military presence and high aboriginal population.
